Instruktioner på engelska:
1. First derust the tank with Rust-Arrestor.
Plastic tanks only rinse with nitro.
Fill the heavily rusted and dry petrol tank with Rust-Arrestor and shake it,
placing the tank in a different position every time so that the Rust-Arrestor
remains in place for at least 2 hours.
This takes you through the entire tank.
Fill Rust-Arrestor back into the original container, the remaining amount can be
used to remove rust from other parts. Curing time is a minimum of 24 hours.
2. After the aforementioned curing time, swing out the tank well with nitro and empty out
the remaining amount. Let it dry well! Fill the tank with EC tank sealer,
swing it out and empty out the remaining amount, after 4-6 hours fill it again
with EC tank sealer and swing it out, empty the remaining amount again.
Curing time in the tank 3-4 days.
The tank can now be filled with any commercially available petrol or diesel.
Tips
In order not to damage the tank, you can wrap it with household foil.
If you cannot remove the fuel tap, you should blow it through immediately after sealing
it. Don't use the original cap, but cover it with adhesive tape.
If there is a hard black cut in the tank, you can scratch it with a screwdriver or sharp
point and soak it for a long time with Rust-Arrestor, then rinse it with high-pressure
water.
